ALTIMAX REVENUE RECAPTURE

Earn More Revenue From the Customers You Already Have.

You already paid to acquire them.

They know your brand. They trusted you enough to buy.

Some bought once. Some bought repeatedly. Some subscribed. Some were among your best customers.

Then they stopped.

Now the question is:

How much value is still sitting inside those customer relationships?

Altimax helps established DTC brands identify the customers most worth recovering, work out what may reasonably bring them back, and build targeted reactivation campaigns around them.

We work with the customer data and lifecycle infrastructure you already have wherever practical.

Start by finding out whether there is a meaningful recovery opportunity.

01 / THE EXPENSIVE PROBLEM

You Already Paid to Acquire Them. Why Are You Paying to Replace Them?

Most DTC growth still follows a familiar pattern.

You pay for the ad. You pay for the click. You earn the first purchase.

Then some of those customers quietly disappear. And the business goes straight back out to pay for another new customer.

That can get expensive.

Because the customer who disappeared is not the same as the stranger you are about to acquire.

They already know your brand. They have already bought.

And their purchase history may tell us something about whether the relationship is worth recovering.

PATH A
Acquire→Purchase→Lapse→Acquire Another Stranger
PATH B
Acquire→Purchase→Lapse→Understand→Reactivate→Repeat Purchase
Before spending more to replace them, find out what the customers you already have may still be worth.

02 / DIFFERENT RELATIONSHIPS

These Two Customers Should Never Get the Same Win-Back Email.

ILLUSTRATIVE CUSTOMER PROFILES

CUSTOMER A

Lifetime spend
$840
Last order

Usually buys
Every 35–45 days

Something changed.

CUSTOMER B

Lifetime spend

A major promotion

Completely different relationship.

Both may technically sit inside an “inactive customer” segment.

But they are not the same recovery opportunity.

That is why Altimax does not begin with:

“How many inactive customers can we email?”

We begin with:

Which customers are actually worth recovering first?

03 / HOW IT WORKS

We Find the Customers Worth Recovering First.

Before writing a campaign, we look at the economics and the behavior.

We want to understand things like:

  • How recently did they stop buying?
  • How often did they buy before?
  • What did they buy?
  • What were they worth?
  • Is there a natural reason to purchase again?
  • Can they responsibly be contacted?

We identify the strongest opportunity, build the return strategy, test it with a controlled group, and expand only when the evidence supports it.

Analyze→Prioritize→Reactivate→Measure→Expand

THE EASY PLACE TO START

Before You Hire Us, Let's Find Out If There's Something Worth Recovering.

The Revenue Recapture Analysis is the first step.

We look at your existing customer economics and answer four practical questions:

01Where does the strongest recovery opportunity appear?

02Which customers would we test first?

03What may reasonably bring them back?

04What could the opportunity be worth?

You do not need to commit to a large implementation before knowing whether the opportunity deserves attention.

First, we find out whether the money is there.

05 / SIZE THE OPPORTUNITY

What Could the Opportunity Look Like?

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO — NOT A FORECAST

01Estimate recovered orders

12,500priority customers
×
2%assumed reactivation rate
=
250illustrative recovered orders

02Apply the average order value

250recovered orders
×
$82historical average order value
=
$20,500illustrative gross revenue

Assumptions: one order per reactivated customer, at the historical $82 average order value. Gross revenue is before program fees and other costs.

This is not a promise of performance. It is simply how we begin sizing whether a recovery opportunity may be worth pursuing.

And we would not necessarily contact all 12,500 customers first.

We might start with the strongest 2,500–5,000 customers.

Test the recovery idea. See what happens. Then expand if the evidence supports it.

IF THE OPPORTUNITY IS THERE

Then We Go After It.

The 8-Week Revenue Recapture Program

The program is designed to take a promising recovery opportunity from analysis to a live test, then improve and scale it based on what customers actually do.

THE FIRST LIVE TEST

First recovery campaign targeted to go live by the end of Week 2.

WEEKS 1–2

Find it. Build it. Launch it.

Analyze the customer opportunity, choose the first cohort, build the return strategy and launch the first campaign.

WEEKS 3–4

See what customers do.

Measure purchases, response, revenue per recipient, deliverability and early signal.

WEEKS 5–6

Improve the approach.

Refine the segment, message, offer, timing and next opportunity.

WEEKS 7–8

Scale what earns it.

Expand the strongest path and test the next best cohort.

08 / THE COMMERCIAL QUESTION

This Isn't Another Email Marketing Retainer.

We are not selling you a monthly number of newsletters or campaigns.

We are solving a narrower commercial question:

Which existing customers represent the strongest recoverable revenue opportunity — and what may bring them back?

Email may be the delivery mechanism.

Revenue recovery is the objective.

Traditional email service

“How many campaigns are we sending?”

Altimax

“Which customers are worth recovering first?”

09 / START SMALL. LEARN FIRST.

We Don't Need the Whole Database to Prove the Opportunity.

2,500→10,000→25,000→50,000+

Only expand when the response, revenue and deliverability justify it.

We would rather discover a weak idea at 3,000 recipients than at 300,000.

10 / TEST BEFORE EXPANDING

We Test Whether These Customers Will Buy Again.

We cannot promise how much revenue your past customers will generate. That is what the test helps us find out.

We start with a selected group of customers, give them a clear reason to return, and measure what they actually do.

The test answers three practical questions.

01Did the customers we contacted buy again?

02How many orders did they place, and how much revenue did those orders generate?

03Do the results justify contacting more customers?

We look at the revenue alongside discounts, program fees and other costs. Revenue alone does not tell us whether the recovery is worth expanding.

Here is what we control.

  • Analyzing your customer and order history.
  • Choosing the customers to test first.
  • Building a reason for them to return.
  • Preparing and launching the campaign.
  • Measuring the purchases and revenue from the test.
  • Using the results to decide what happens next.
If the results are promising, we expand. If they are weak, we adjust the approach or stop.

Every test should help us make a clearer decision about where to put your time and money next.

11 / IS THIS FOR YOUR BRAND?

This Program Works Best When…

Strong Fit

  • You have an established DTC brand.
  • You have a meaningful history of past customers.
  • Customers can reasonably buy again.
  • You have customer and order data.
  • You already have an email/lifecycle platform.
  • You care about customer economics, not just campaign activity.

Probably Not a Fit

  • You have almost no historical customers.
  • You use purchased or scraped lists.
  • You want to blast everyone with a discount.
  • You cannot legitimately market to the customers.
  • You want guaranteed revenue.
  • You simply want someone to send newsletters.

12 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need access to our entire database?

Not for the initial conversation. We can begin the Revenue Recapture Analysis with aggregate information. Customer-level access becomes useful once we move into deeper analysis and implementation.

How quickly can the first campaign go live?

The target is by the end of Week 2 of the Revenue Recapture Program, assuming the required data and access are available.

Do we need to change our email platform?

Usually not. We prefer to work with the infrastructure you already have where practical.

What if we already have a win-back flow?

Good. We are not trying to replace something that works. We look for valuable customer groups that a broad win-back automation may be treating too similarly or missing entirely.

Do you guarantee recovered revenue?

No. We test with a selected group of past customers, measure the orders and revenue they generate, and use those results to decide whether to expand, adjust or stop. We cannot promise a revenue result.

What happens after eight weeks?

You receive the results, customer-segment learnings and a clear roadmap. You can take the system internally or continue working with Altimax on additional recovery and lifecycle opportunities.
